Shipping Information

We are unable to provide information on potential customs fees for international orders, as these charges are determined by each courier. All customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer and not TanTonic.

We do not guarantee shipping times. In the event of delays caused by the courier, TanTonic is not liable. Please also be aware that during holiday seasons and bank holidays, courier delays may occur for which we are not responsible.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If a parcel is returned to us, we will refund only the cost of the products. Shipping costs will not be refunded, as the shipping service has already been provided and paid for.
